Brand & Design Strategist
A certified colour specialist, Susan brings together a decade of strategy and consumer experience, and a passion for colour. She is a brand and design strategist who firmly believes in the critical role that colours and visuals play in the world of branding, packaging, spatial design, interior experiences, image building and emotional wellbeing.
An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi and Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, Susan has spent over a decade crafting brand strategy and understanding consumers, cultures and trends. She has worked in some of the leading global agencies - Ogilvy, JWT, Grey and Leo Burnett. In her last corporate stint, she handled 7 markets across ASEAN as the Regional Planning lead for Pantene, P&G (India, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore). She is a multiple winner of effectiveness awards like the Effies, Warc Asian Strategy Awards and more.
She spent a year in a heritage museum learning Art History, Indian Iconography and Cultural Studies during her sabbatical from the corporate world. Semiotics, Cultural Studies, Psychology and Consumer Behaviour are her focus areas. Recently she has completed a Design Thinking Certification course from IDEO U.
She believes that Colour & Design will become more and more important as the world is becoming more visual, and the attention span of consumers is reducing at an alarming rate.
George is a strong believer in the power of design and visual aesthetics. His strong sense of art and design has led him to explore various fields ranging from branding to photography to painting to even motor cycle designs. He believes that good designs make the world a better place to live in.
He has a UX Design certification from General Assembly, Singapore and is an alumnus of the Fine Arts College, Kerala. He is a creative professional with over a decade of graphic design, art direction and digital design experience across top advertising agencies like R/GA, Ogilvy, JWT, Contract, Bates and more, in India and Singapore. He has been featured in the list of 'The Hottest Young Creatives' by Brand Equity, Economic Times and 'The Top 30 Under 30 Creative Professionals in India' by Impact Magazine. He has been a recipient of the prestigious One Show Design Pencil and has also won at the Cannes, SpikesAsia, Olive Crown and more. He is also Creative Director at Wieden + Kennedy, India.
He specialises in lifestyle, fashion and branding.
Design inspirations, according to him, can arise from anywhere and the more you understand culture (both contemporary popular culture and ancient cultures), the richer your pool of inspirations become.
George believes in the power of visual design, and colour, of course is a huge part of what you see.
