Who we are
Design & Colour Strategist
A certified colour specialist, Susan brings together a decade of strategy and consumer experience, and a passion for colour. She is a design and colour strategist who firmly believes in the critical role that colours and visuals play in the world of branding, packaging, spatial design, interior experiences, image building and emotional wellbeing.
An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi and Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, Susan has spent over a decade crafting brand strategy and understanding consumers, cultures and trends. She has worked in some of the leading global agencies - Ogilvy, JWT, Grey and Leo Burnett. In her last corporate stint, she handled 7 markets across ASEAN as the Regional Planning lead for Pantene, P&G (India, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore). She is a multiple winner of effectiveness awards like the Effies, Warc Asian Strategy Awards and more.
She spent a year in a heritage museum learning Art History, Indian Iconography and Cultural Studies during her sabbatical from the corporate world. Semiotics, Cultural Studies, Psychology and Consumer Behaviour are her focus areas.
She believes that Colour & Design will become more and more important as the world is becoming more visual, and the attention span of consumers is reducing at an alarming rate.
